I contacted NES regarding a milk frother that I had but the whisk had gone missing. I asked if I could purchase a replacement. Customer service responded to my email request promptly and after reviewing the picture of my frother, they advised the model was no longer supported and even shared that it was because of problems with that particular model. They then offered to replace my frother with a new one free of charge which they did. Needless to say I was surprised but elated at the offer. Fantastic Customer Service which is saying a lot in this day in age, where to often in situations like this, Compaby's tend to do just the oppisite. Thank you NES for the GREAT customer service.
I love this for making coffee in the am and throughout the day. I have had several of these over the years and prefer this one of all of them. This includes the last one I received that was micro charged on and it was not functional / did not last long on a charge, I prefer good old fashioned batteries. This one tops the list

Seriously the best and powerful frother for such a good price!! Highly recommend!
I was confused until I read that it needs 2 AA batteries. All I can say is it was a bad purchase. Batteries aren’t eco-friendly, and I should have looked more carefully and opted for a corded model instead.
